DALY CITY – Mayor Juslyn C. Manalo delivered a compelling State of the City Address on March 18, 2024, showcasing Daly City’s accomplishments and outlining ambitious plans for the future. Mayor Manalo underscored the city’s commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and progress.
