Comprehensive Community Health Centers (CCHC) celebrated Arleta Clinic inaugural and ribbon cutting ceremony

Arleta – Comprehensive Community Health Centers (CCHC), a leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) operating in Los Angeles County, conducted and celebrated its Arleta clinic Inaugural and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, June 28, 2023,10:30 AM at 9043 Woodman Avenue, Arleta, CA 91331.

CCHC is a California Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that operates and administers six community health centers across Los Angeles County. Since its establishment in 1990, CCHC has grown to become one of the largest FQHCs in the region, serving diverse and underserved communities with medical, dental, and behavioral health services. CCHC is dedicated to providing healthcare access to all, regardless of immigration status, and improving the overall well-being of the communities it serves.

The Arleta Clinic Inaugural and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony exemplify CCHC’s commitment to its mission of providing accessible primary care, health screenings, and education to low-income and underserved individuals. The event represents a significant milestone in the organization’s journey towards enhancing healthcare access in the local community.

Inaugural guest of honor Congressman Tony Cardenas of the 29th District of the House of Representatives presented to CCHC the US House of Representatives Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for providing quality health care services to diverse and underserved community. Distinguished individuals also supported and attended this momentous occasion including Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County CEO Louise McCarthy, El Salvador Consul General Alejandro Letona, Armenian Consulate Third Secretary Marina Mesropyan, Philippine Consulate Consul Maynard Maleon, Royal Thai Consulate Consul Panot Kiatkong, Mexican Consulate Ventanilla De Salud Director Daniella Izaguirre, Field Representative Katherine Castrejon from the office of Senator Caroline Menjivar and Field Representative Jessica Guzman from the office of Assembly Member Luz Rivas. “Together, we aim to celebrate the collective effort and achievements in improving the health and well-being of our communities and make a lasting impact of the lives of individuals in need of quality healthcare”, said Pedro Ramirez.
