LOS ANGELES, CA – The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) North Los Angeles Chapter celebrated the installation of its 2025 leadership team during a gala event on March 8, 2025, at CBS Studios in Studio City, California.
The evening marked the official induction of Henry Chen as President, alongside a dedicated board committed to advancing sustainable homeownership within the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community.
A Night of Celebration and Leadership
The gala featured the presence of Jamie Tian, the 2024-2025 AREAA National President, who officiated the installation ceremony. Tian praised the North Los Angeles Chapter for its dedication to empowering AAPI homeownership and emphasized AREAA’s commitment to education, advocacy, and industry collaboration.
Adding depth to the evening, guest speaker Cherrie Brown delivered an insightful address on current market trends and strategies for industry professionals to support sustainable homeownership within the AAPI community. Her perspectives provided valuable guidance for attendees navigating the evolving housing landscape.
Henry Chen’s Vision for AREAA North Los Angeles
As the new President, Henry Chen brings a wealth of experience in real estate and community leadership. Having previously served as Vice President of the chapter, Chen has been instrumental in driving initiatives that promote homeownership access and professional development.
Under his leadership, the chapter is expected to focus on:
