Top Filipino chefs host dinner collaboration in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS – Istorya, a Las Vegas-based Filipino pop-up restaurant, is excited to announce a dinner collaboration that brings together the top Filipino chefs across the country. Isang Kusina, or One Kitchen, will take place in Las Vegas on Monday, Feb. 5 at Fine Company in Downtown Summerlin®. Istorya was awarded Best Pop-Up restaurant in Las Vegas by The Las Vegas Weekly for its dinners that serve Filipino cuisine inspired by history.

When: Monday February 5, 2024 with two seatings: 5PM and 8PM

Where: Fine Company at 10970 Rosemary Park Dr Suite 100

Price: $99 per person for prix-fixe meal, $49 add on for optional beverage pairing

Embark on a historic culinary journey on Monday, February 5th, as we shine a spotlight on the rich and vibrant flavors of the Philippines. The exclusive six-course prix fixe dinner is a heartfelt ode to Filipino culture, imagination, and the spirit of bayanihan—the essence of community.

This event embodies that mission, as the Filipino community in Vegas is the largest Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) group in Las Vegas makes up 53% of the AAPI community—that’s more than 200,000 Filipinos living in the city.

The curated menu and optional beverage pairing promise to enchant your palate and celebrate the peak of Filipino culinary artistry, brought to life by the collaborative genius of eight pioneering chefs:
