Isang Kusina, or One Kitchen, will take place in Las Vegas on Monday, Feb. 5 at Fine Company in Downtown Summerlin®. Istorya was awarded Best Pop-Up restaurant in Las Vegas by The Las Vegas Weekly for its dinners that serve Filipino cuisine inspired by history.

This event embodies that mission, as the Filipino community in Vegas is the largest Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) group in Las Vegas makes up 53% of the AAPI community—that’s more than 200,000 Filipinos living in the city.
