Gluten-free chocolate protein porridge

Ingredients

1 cup boiling water

1/3 cup steel cut oats*complex carbs

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp coconut sugar*low glycemic

1/2 scoop vanilla/chocolate whey-soy-vegan protein (15g protein)*lean protein source

1 tsp evaporated milk*Pinoy style or unsweetened vanilla almond milk for topping

Directions

1. Boil water.

2. Then add oats. Wait til cooked.

3. Turn off heat and transfer to a bowl.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients except milk/almond milk. Mix well then top with milk.

5. ENJOY while hot or refrigerate then eat when cold
