Those who were safe and sound in the comforts of their homes became vigilant techie-heroes of their own as they relayed information throughout the land. Acts aided by technology helped in disseminating information. It also dissected the anatomy of a disaster further aiding the fast flow of help across various evacuation zones and relief areas. Then there is the flux of help in the form of relief goods. These goods offered meant more than its physical value in the form of food, clothing, and other necessities, but it was a gesture to those who were ravaged that they were not alone in this tragedy.
