Atty. Gurfinkel also answers immigration questions from members of SoCal Pinoys, like “Is there a way for a crewman to legalize his status?,” “Can a woman who was by her husband renew her green card that expired because her husband hid the documents from her?,” and “My father was able to get a Humanitarian Revalidation approved on behalf of my “lola” who was petitioned by my late mother.
