THE Asian Pacific Islander (API) Business Council of the Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce has been making waves since its successful launch that took place at Seafood City on March 23, 2023. The council continues to bolster its mission of fostering collaboration and celebrating diversity within the local business community.

In commemoration of Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the API Business Council held its second event on May 24th at The Cube. This celebration brought together community leaders, entrepreneurs, and businesses for a special gathering to honor the rich cultural heritage and contributions of the API community.

Following these impactful events, the API Business Council is proud to present API Power Hour, hosted by Selina Thomas at 6 Degrees HR Consulting. Hosted today, this dynamic networking opportunity aims to provide a space for API businesses to connect, share insights, and build meaningful relationships within the Santa Clarita Valley.

“The API Business Council is making significant strides in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for Asian Pacific Islander businesses. Our events, like the upcoming API Power Hour, are designed to empower local entrepreneurs and strengthen the fabric of our diverse business community,” said Jennifer Avancena, Chairperson of the API Council Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce.

The Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce encourages businesses and individuals interested in engaging with the API Business Council to join the API Council and explore ongoing opportunities for collaboration and growth.
