THE Philippines’ Queen of All Media Kris Aquino, the youngest sister of His Excellency Philippine President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III, heads the list of birthday celebrants this month. Kris will be turning 42 on Valentine’s Day, February 14.
