Yes, love is lovelier regardless of it being the second—or third—time. And Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla is living proof of it.
After leaving her first marriage (to Dr. Modesto Tatlonghari) to be with the late Philippine King of Comedy Dolphy (and after his demise in 2012), Zsa Zsa never thought that she would find love again. She concentrated on her career and children.
Then she suddenly met the man who made her happy again.
Today, Zsa Zsa is a picture of blossoming happiness with her boyfriend, Architect Conrad Onglao. The couple recently celebrated their first anniversary.
“I prayed for somebody who would love and accept my kids,” the singer said in an interview with Kris Aquino on KrisTV last July 20. “Siyempre, he could easily choose someone who is dalaga.”
Zsa Zsa has one daughter with Dr. Tatlonghari, singer/actress Karylle, while she had two daughters with Dolphy—Zia and Nicole.
Conrad has two sons from his former wife.
Yes, it’s also wedding bells for the couple next year, as Conrad shared that their planning to tie the knot in Italy.
“Sabi niya [Zsa Zsa], ‘Where’s my ring?’ Sabi ko, it’s coming. I want to get married in Florence. I’m taking her to Italy after her ASAP show in London,” he said.
“I wanted to assure her. I said we are heading that way. Even my kids are always asking me when I’m going to get married. I said, ‘Why do you ask?’ Kasi daw I look so happy,” he shared. “I said soon. It’s not something I take lightly. I just wanter for her to know that it’s the end goal.”

Another woman who has been given another chance in love is former child actress, Camille Prats, who recently got engaged to her non-showbiz boyfriend John Yambao.
John’s proposal happened last July 18, at Nayomi Sanctuary, the resort owned by the Prats in Batangas.
Isabel Oli, who recently married Camille’s brother John, was able to capture the moment and posted it on Instagram.
Camille posted a photo of her and her son after the proposal that said: “Today, this little boy and I got engaged. I thank God for giving you to us mahal. Thaaaaank you my love for such a sweet surprise. Di ko to kinaya infairness. I love you my future husband.”
The former child actress was married to businessman Anthony Linsangan in 2008 and the two have a son, Nathaniel Caesar. Unfortunately, Anthony passed away in 2010 due to cancer.
In 2013, Camille admitted that she was dating John. They were “old friends” before they had a relationship.
Congratulations Camille and John!
