
Marissa Varsovia and Alvin Varsovia marked their 25th wedding anniversary with a renewal of vows at the Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel along Broadway Avenue in New Manila, Quezon City.
The ceremony was attended by their children Aldrin Michael Varsovia, Alvin Xavier Varsovia Jr., who is married to Jane Libradilla-Varsovia, and Maria Alyssa Varsovia.
Principal sponsors included former Bulacan governor and former tourism secretary Roberto “Obet” Pagdanganan, architect Edwin Gumila, retired teacher Pilar B. De Mesa of Legarda Elementary School, architect Jecelyn Gumila, and Monina Sagun.

The Mass was presided over by Most Reverend Elias L. Ayuban Jr., CMF, JCD, DD, Bishop of the Diocese of Cubao, who also delivered the homily.
Among those present were Philippine Information Agency Director-General Kat de Castro, daughter of former Vice President Noli de Castro, accompanied by her husband Pancho Juanitez, a musician and events project manager.
