  1. $75 for the Articles of Organization
  2. $200 for the State Business License
  3. $150 for the Initial List of Managers or Managing Members.

Annual costs $350:

  1. $200 Renew business license
  2. $150 Annual list of managers & members.

Other costs:

  1. City business license – depends on what City.
  2. Registered agent $0 to $125 per year (not required), good if you want to keep your address off public records.
