SAN FRANCISCO – The new set of officers of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Northern California Chapter (IBP-NorCal) led by Atty Jeanne Serrano Kouznetzova paid a courtesy call on Philippine Consul General in San Francisco Neil Frank Ferrer on May 25, 2023.

The two sides held discussions on resuming the regular free legal clinic at the Consulate where members of IBP-NorCal provide legal advice to fellow Filipinos and Filipino Americans in need of guidance on various cases, as well as the conduct of forums tackling common legal issues facing the community, including family law and probate.

Consul General Ferrer congratulated the new officers and thanked them for their support to the Consulate General for the past years, including during the pandemic. He said that he looked forward to continuing and enhancing the partnership by resuming the joint projects between the Consulate and IBP-NorCal. (PCGSF Release)
