Vote centers in Los Angeles County open until June 7 primary election

ALL vote centers in Los Angeles County for the 2022 primary nominating election are open for eligible voters, starting Saturday, June 4.

The centers will be opened through Election Day June 7, 2022.

Candidates for Mayor, City Attorney, City Controller, City Council Districts (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15), and candidates for Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Board of Education Districts (2, 4, and 6) will be included on the ballot.

All voters can now cast their ballot at any Vote Center in the County of Los Angeles.

In addition, voters can mail their ballot in until Election Day, June 7, 2022 (if postmarked by Election Day and received within seven days, it will be accepted) or by dropping it off at any Official Drop-Box or Vote Center.

Visit the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/ County Clerk’s (RR/CC) website at: locator.lavote.gov.

Call the RR/CC vote center information number at (800) 815-2666, Option #1.

Call the City Clerk- Election Division at (213) 978-0444

Eligible Los Angeles County residents who missed the May 23, 2022 registration deadline can still vote at any Vote Center in LA County.

The City’s Primary Nominating Election will be held June 7, 2022, and the General Municipal Election will be held November 8, 2022. While the City conducted the candidate filing portion of the elections, the County of Los Angeles Registrar Recorder (County) will administer the elections.
