Love Blossoms at Spiral
It is the season for flowers and with love, the scent of romance blooms. The Master Chefs at Spiral brings to you the magic of flowers as a labor of love and have interpreted it in countless ways whether it’s lavender, rose, and courgette flowers.
Let the seduction begin as French Chef Bettina Arguelles sprinkles flowers on dishes from main courses to desserts to cocktail drinks at Spiral from the 13th to the 16th of February.
The floral feast starts with barley salad with basil flowers and broccoli, lavender and couscous salad, and glazed spring vegetables with squash flowers. The romantic rendezvous blossoms with peppered lavender beef tenderloin and honey pork loin with plum and lavender relish. It continues with deep fried courgette flowers with basil dip, steamed fish with cucumber, bourrache, and tahini sauce, and seared prawns with chamomile beurre blanc.
The culinary treat is highlighted by the French touch with dishes such as Foie Gras and Duck Prosciutto with Compote of Strawberry and Roses and Glazed Iberian Pork Belly with Swiss Chard, Lavender Poached Apples, and Grape Mustard Vinaigrette. Indulge, too, in Chocolate Lava Cake with Sampaguita Ice Cream, Floral Berry Coulis or Courgette Flowers with King Crab, Truffled Asparagus Coulis, and a Salade of Flowers and Baby Vegetables.
Along with the over 21 dining ateliers available at Spiral, you can impress your date with a saxophone serenade or toast your loved one with French champagne. Ladies will be given a rose.
On the 14th of February, lunch rate is at Php2,480+++ and Php1,300+++ for children aged four to 11 years old and dinner rate is set at Php3,450+++ for adults and Php1,700+++ for children.
On the 13th and 15th February, lunch rate is at Php2,280+++ and Php1,300+++ for children aged four to 11 years old and dinner rate is set at Php3,250+++ for adults and Php1,600+++ for children. Sunday Brunch on the 16th of February is at Php 3,500+++ for adults and Php 1,600 +++ for children.
