CITIZEN Pinoy’s “Your Tanong, My Sagot” will air its fourth and last installment from Chicago with leading U.S. Immigration Atty. Michael J. Gurfinkel answering more immigration questions from Kapamilya in Chicago and its neighboring areas.

Cora wants to know if she can petition her niece from the Philippines to work at her newly opened restaurant.

Jeffrey’s friend entered the U.S. as a tourist, but overstayed. He wants to know what options are available for his friend who is now undocumented, and if there are risks if she decides to return to the Philippines.

Vany petitioned her daughter in January 2020 and received a receipt from the USCIS in February 2020. She is asking what are the next steps since she has not received any updates from the USCIS.

Priscilla wants to know the required minimum income to be able to petition a family member as a nanny or babysitter.
