It’s All About Me Women’s Health Conference

The City of Carson is excited to announce the return of the annual It’s All About Me Women’s Health Conference and Young Women’s Conference. Both conferences will empower its attendees to make themselves and their health a priority. Enjoy an informative, inspirational experience with a delicious luncheon.

Women’s Health Conference

Tickets for the Women’s Health Conference are available until Thursday, October 6. Admission includes a continental breakfast, expert panel with Q&A session, two educational workshops, lunch, live entertainment, a swag bag, and access to retail and resource vendors. This year’s theme is “The Holistic Woman: A Conference for the Mind, Body & Spirit”.

Workshop topics include:

• Mental wellness
• Diabetes and gut health
• Stroke intervention
• Eye health improvement
• Caregiving
• Grief management
• Brain health
• Foot care

Participants will have a chance to win raffle prizes.

Young Women’s Conference

The Young Women’s Conference begins at 9:00 a.m. in the Carson Dominguez Room and features a mix of great food, engaging entertainment, and empowering discussions.

Workshop topics include:

• Mental health
• Grief management
• Financial literacy
• Body positivity
• The power of asking for help
• Understanding social media’s impact on mental wellness

Participants will also have a chance to win a free CSUDH parking pass and other exciting prizes.
