This spring marks the start of a new era at Graton Resort & Casino. On May 4, the resort will unveil the next phase of its expansion, introducing new dining, entertainment, and gaming experiences.
At the heart of the expansion is a new 144,000-square-foot, fully smoke-free gaming floor, creating a more spacious and comfortable environment for guests while expanding Graton’s gaming offerings.
The May 4 opening will also debut several new dining destinations, including AYA, a rooftop restaurant led by award-winning Chef Roy Ellamar offering Coastal California cuisine with Asian influences and panoramic views of the Sonoma Hills.
