Ringing in the Lunar New Year with a “Mix-Meet-Mingle and Membership Drive,” the Filipino American Business Association of Glendale (FABAG-GLAC) held a very successful mixer at Panda Inn Restaurant in Glendale, California
The fully-packed event was attended by Special Guests and Dignitaries, such as Hon. Philippine Consul General Edgar Badajos, Protocol Officer Elvis Tamayo, City of Glendale Hon. Mayor Paula Devine, Councilmembers Agajanian, Brotman, Kassakhian and Najarian, former Councilmember Vartan Gharpetian and GUSD PP Armine Gharpetian.
FABAG’s p lans and programs for the year were announced, including the development of the Filipino-American Friendship Monument project. The Lunar event was successfully coordinated and put together by Pres. Jo Solomonson, PP Marlene Cagatao, PP Nini Maldonado, PP Celia De Fato, Treasurer Nelly Costanios and PP Edith M. Fuentes.
