The Philippine Consulate will conduct overseas voter registration during Fiesta Ko sa Texas on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the Bayou City Event Center.
Consulate personnel will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. to assist eligible Filipino citizens, including dual citizens, who wish to register as overseas voters for the 2028 Philippine national elections.
Applicants are advised to bring a valid Philippine passport. Dual citizens may present their identification certificate.
The registration activity will be held in conjunction with Fiesta Ko sa Texas, a community event featuring Filipino food, music and cultural presentations.
