AS the weather cools, we are reminded that the summer is over. Autumn is here, which means the Holiday season is right around the corner. Many of us are already making plans for this upcoming Holiday season. We are planning our vacation days, our reunions and gatherings with our families and look forward to the happy times that the Holiday brings us. However, for many immigrants, they lament another year passing that they cannot reunite with their family. Many people qualify for the new 601A waiver. However, few people have applied for it because of financial considerations or other reasons.
