Josephine’s niece was petitioned by a nursing home, but the business closed and the lawyer helping her was disbarred. She wants to know what they can do since the USCIS denied the petition and accused her niece of fraud.

Ludi petitioned his son in 2016, and the son is now residing in the U.S.  Ludi asks if his son can apply for his green card without having to return to the Philippines.

Albert entered the U.S. under an assumed name and wants to know how he can legalize his status.

Peter asks how difficult it is to sponsor his girlfriend in Manila so she can get a tourist visa.
