Mark “Magnifico” Magsayo dominated Jorge Mata Cuellar to claim the vacant WBC Continental Americas Super‑Featherweight title. Judges scored the 10-round super-featherweight bout 100–90, 100–90, and 98–92. The win boosted Magsayo’s record to 28–2 with 18 KOs.

Eumir Marcial, an Olympic bronze medalist, returned to the pro ranks in impressive fashion—knocking out American Bernard Joseph at the 1:55 mark of Round 3 in an eight-round middleweight bout. The victory raised his record to 6–0 with 4 KOs.
