Southkey Place Northgate Cyber Zone Alabang breaks ground

Northgate, Alabang- Southkey Place, the latest residential condominium development in Northgate Alabang Cyber Zone broke ground last Thursday, June 9, 2016, its 17-storey building located right next to the successful Southkey Hub. The ground breaking ceremony was led by Keyland Corporation president and CEO Jose Ma.  G. Montinola, Southkey Development Corporation directors Julian Garcia and Tonet Ramos. Also in attendance were other key officials of Keyland Corporation, Architect Ed Pinga, Vice President for Project Development, Abraham “Noy” Mercado, Vice President for Sales and Marketing and other officials. The laying of the capsule was preceded by a mass, while the formal blessing of its fully leased Southkey Hub building followed.

SOUTHKEY PLACE is the latest development that is redefining residential development at the heart of Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang’s leading IT business district and home to some of the fastest-growing Business and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (BPO/KPO) companies in the Philippines.
