			<title>Alibata is the incorrect term</title>
			<link>http://asianjournal.com/community/community-news/2236.html?task=view#josc416</link>
<description>Baybayin is actually the proper name. Alibata was a term coined in the early 1900\'s. The first characters in the Arabic alphabet are ALIF-BA-TA. The “F” was dropped due to it rolling off the tongue better as Alibata rather than Alifbata. The script actually originated in India.</description>
