CTUSA is an association of Filipinos in the United States of America all of whom hail from the province of Tarlac and the City of Tarlac in particular. CTUSA also manages a Scholarship Program, whose current beneficiaries are classified as poor but deserving students and are residents of the Province of Tarlac. Its incoming leadership intends to embark on charitable and civic projects in the coming years, projects that particularly deliver great impact on the greatest number of people.
