IN MEMORIAM. William West passed away on June 16, 2009 of a heart attack in Manila, Philippines, according to family members. He was born on March 6, 1946. He was 63 years old. West is survived by wife, Shirley, and 30-year-old twins – Cindy and William, Jr. In addition to his wife and children, he is survived by his mother Concepcion West.
