What the Year of the Fire Rooster means for your sign

2017 is the Year of the Fire Rooster, which is 10th out of the 12 animals in the 12-year Chinese zodiac cycle. The Rooster comes after a Monkey year (2016) and before a Dog year (2018).

According to China Highlights, each zodiac year bears an animal sign mixed with one of the five elements (gold/metal, wood, water, fire or earth). The Fire Rooster is known to be trustworthy, responsible, hardworking and time conscious.

Those in relationships may experience conflicts with their significant others, which may affect your mutual affection. For those who are single, there is minimal luck with attracting the opposite sex.
